Mr H.S. O'Donnell

Joining Oakbridge Developments in 2026, Mr H.S. O'Donnell leads our investment and capital strategy as Director of Investment & Asset Management.

He is responsible for sourcing and structuring private capital, managing investor relationships and overseeing fund deployment across our luxury villa renovation and development projects. His role ensures that every project is financially disciplined, strategically positioned and structured to deliver strong, controlled returns.

With experience in investment management and asset oversight, he brings a wealth focused, performance driven approach to capital allocation, risk management and portfolio growth. Working closely with the board, he strengthens Oakbridge’s ability to scale responsibly while maintaining transparency and investor confidence.

His appointment marks a key step in Oakbridge’s continued growth as an investor ready development platform operating within Dubai’s prime residential market.
